Shiva Continental – An Upcycled Garden Hotel

Rooms are in a pathetic state

Staff is rude and has no courtesy at all. I had booked this place for my elderly parents for 2 days. TV and lights in the room were not working. Furnishing in the bathroom was broken. They have made fancy common areas but the rooms are in a pathetic shape.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Shiva Continental in Mussoorie, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the local cuisine they offered.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Shiva Continental, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being welcoming and attentive to my needs. Check-out was equally hassle-free, making the start and end of my stay quite pleasant.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.???

Shiva Continental Mussoorie exceeded my expectations. The stunning mountain views from the room were breathtaking. Impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and delicious dining options made my stay truly memorable. The central location allowed easy exploration of the town. A perfect blend of luxury and nature, I can't wait to return!

Clean rooms, took care of the group of senior citizens. Quickly provided room heaters as the temperature started getting cold.

Breakfast was really good actually. I also liked the dining area. Overall it looked nice.

However, the room was below average. Cups and glasses in the room were extreamly greasy and dirty. shower glass was broken and the door was missing. Main door bell was broken and other door indicators were not working. Wifi was not working. ohh and the view- there was a garbage dump right outside our balcony window so we had to close the curtains all the time to avoid looking at that dump!

The hotel is located on the Mall road, which enables easy access to amenities and market.The breakfast was good.

The room was musty. And the room service was not up to the mark.

I can't thank the staff at this hotel enough for making my family's vacation so memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Our experience at this property was truly exceptional. We can't wait to return in the future.
